Agenda of AGM consisted of so called Plennary Sessions including for example decisions about the budget, leadership of ESN for the next year and amendments of code of rules. ESN is a student organization, therefore, essential part of AGM were parties, city tour and other from evening to early morning activities.

The baby giraffe was named Erasmina and the ZOO received CZK 12 500 in donation. Significant part of the total amount was collected at the Nation2Nation parties where students of VŠE had a chance to contribute to a special giraffe box. „Erasmina will work as a link between students and as a gesture of gratitude we wanted to make the start of her giraffe-life easier,“ explains Martina Chládová, the main „giraffe“ coordinator and member of Buddy System. Along with the christening, there was a stand providing information about Erasmus program and the whole afternoon was accompanied by band Zlatý Voči.
